阿联酋油长：低油价正约束各国产量
阿联酋石油部长Suhail Mohammed Al Mazrouei周四(6月2日)在维也纳接受采访时称，低油价正在促使各国限制产量，他相信OPEC的新策略(即维持高产量挤压竞对，使油市自我恢复平衡)正在发挥作用。
同时，Al Mazrouei表示，“我不认为当前石油输出国组织(OPEC)的产量过高，这可以通过今年油价上涨看出来。”
目前OPEC正在维也纳开会，而沙特正试图重提协调行动并设立正式的原油产量目标，但伊朗反对这一想法。
据几位OPEC消息人士透露，沙特及其海湾盟友卡塔尔、科威特和阿联酋将提议设立新的集体上限，以重振OPEC日渐下降的重要性，并结束市场份额之争。
Al Mazrouei指出，“低油价正在促使各国限制产量，不论他们是否当众这么说。”他并称阿联酋支持OPEC任何稳定市场的决定。
此前Al Mazrouei曾在周三强调，OPEC与非OPEC成员国必须达成产量冻结协议，OPEC不能单方面冻结产量。
另外，他还认为，“原油市场正在复苏，但油价依然有进一步修正的空间。市场供需将在今年第三季度平衡，消除供应过剩。”
