美联储布拉德：全球市场似已为夏季升息做好准备
美国圣路易斯联储主席布拉德周一(5月30日)在首尔一场学术会议演讲后表示，全球市场似乎已经为美联储(FED)夏季升息做好准备，但他并未明确提及采取政策行动的时点。
布拉德称，“我认为全球市场为潜在升息做好了准备，这并不很令人感到意外，因为我们此前已去年12月升息，且政策委员会将随着时间推移，逐步让利率缓慢正常化。因此，我认为的理想状况是，若一切进展顺利，这将会相当平顺地到来。”
布拉德还补充称，美国第二季GDP增长似乎在反弹，但对美联储6月或7月是否应加息持保留看法。
上周五公布的美国一季度GDP数据获得上修，暗示美国第一季经济增长并不像初估的那样弱。
对于GDP数据，分析师指出，“个人所得增长强劲，而且有迹象显示第二季经济在加速，可能为美联储最早下月升息提供理由。”
在回答共和党总统候选人特朗普若当选，是否会给货币政策带来改变的提问时，布拉德强调，美联储是独立的，不会遵循任何特定的政治处方。
他称，“我认为，无论谁当选总统都不会影响美联储政策。我希望，两党都别期望从政治上影响美联储。”
与此同时，布拉德还指出，“最近对美联储点阵图持批判看法，认为给出的前瞻性指引或许太多，从而侵蚀了美联储依靠数据来做出决定的能力。”
美联储主席耶伦上周五(5月27日)在哈佛大学的活动上表示，如果经济如预期般加速成长，继续创造就业，美联储应该在“未来几个月内”升息。
