英国一季度GDP不及预期
5月26日，英国统计局公布了英国第一季度GDP年率修正值和英国4月BBA房屋购买抵押贷款等多项经济数据。
公布数据显示：英国第一季度GDP年率修正值为2%，不及预期的2.1%，前值为2.1%；德国4月CPI月率终值为-0.4%，符合预期，前值为-0.2%。
其中，英国第一季度商业投资总值年率初值为-0.4%，不及预期的-0.1%，前值为3%。
英国第一季度商业投资总值季率初值为-0.5%，不及预期的0.1%，前值为-2%。
英国第一季度GDP季率修正值为0.4%，符合预期，前值为0.4%。
英国4月BBA房屋购买抵押贷款许可件数为4.0104万件，低于预期的4.48万件，前值为4.5096万件。
英国4月BBA总抵押贷款为122.12亿英镑，低于预期的134.2亿英镑，前值为134.2亿英镑。
英国4月BBA净抵押贷款为2.62亿英镑，低于预期的83.11亿英镑，前值为83.11亿英镑。
英国4月BBA抵押贷款许可件数为7.3999万件，低于预期的7.8448万件，前值为7.8448万件。
本次公布的数据不及预期，且英国第一季度商业投资总值年率录得三年以来首次下跌，主要受到非居住用地投资下跌的影响，反映出英国退欧公投给英国商业环境带来了不确定性；另外，多数经济学家预期英国第二季度GDP增速将进一步放缓。
数据发布后，英镑兑美元短线下挫，跌0.17%，报1.47。
