股市美元双双回撤
现货黄金周一（5月16日）因股市及美元回调而从自三月以来跌幅最大的上周恢复上涨，美市盘中最高上探至1288.20美元/盎司，但涨势受纽约6月期金在北京时间约22:30时段近10分钟的巨量卖单打压，有回落迹象。周一因中国经济数据不佳，股市下跌，支撑了作为备选资产的黄金，美元/欧元走弱。
上周黄金在一度大跌之后周跌幅为1.2%，周五反弹近0.8%。
MKS交易主管Afshin Nabavi表示，“黄金因股市下跌而上涨，美元表现确实一般，而现在是负利率环境。黄金将在1285-1303美元/盎司的区间震荡上行，但我喜欢目前的这个位置。”
周一欧股下跌。中国周末发布的一系列经济数据黯然失色，4月的零售业销售，工厂产量及固定资产投资均比外媒预测的要低。
周一美元兑欧元下跌，因美国5月纽约联储制造业指数的结果令人失望。
今年以来，由于美国经济数据不佳，美联储加息预期减弱，黄金上涨近20%。加息将会增加黄金的持有成本。
