WGC官员：今年降雨季表现将推动印度黄金需求增长
世界黄金协会(WGC)在周四(5月12日)表示，预计今年印度黄金需求将能够增加10%，降雨季的表现以及金价的上涨都将推动黄金需求。
今年一季度印度黄金需求大降39%，很大程度上受到印度政府征收金饰消费税后黄金行业罢工的影响。
WGC印度主管Somasundaram表示：“今年的降雨季预计将表现良好，如果确实如此，那么需求将接近预期的上限，如果降雨不佳，那么需求将在预期的下限。”
Somasundaram预计，今年印度的黄金需求会在850至950吨之间，去年印度黄金需求864.3吨。
印度黄金需求有三分之二来自农村地区，因此降雨季的表现对黄金需求很重要。
一季度印度金饰需求仅88.4吨，是7年最低水平。但Somasundaram认为，由于全球低利率且金价上涨，黄金需求此后将受到推动。
今年至今印度卢比计金价上涨了18%，而印度股票则下降了1%。
