黑田东彦暗示暂不会进一步宽松
周四亚市盘中，日本央行利率决议宣布维持超额准备金利率-0.1%不变，并维持货币基础年增幅目标在80万亿日元不变。
日本央行还将实现2%通胀目标的时间预期推迟至2017财年。
前期市场渲染日本央行此次会议将进一步宽松的预期被狠狠泼了一盆冷水。扩大货币刺激政策的预期破灭后，日元多头疯狂上涨，美元兑日元短线暴跌2.1%，最低至109.18，创下2015年8月来大日内跌幅。
午后，日本央行行长黑田东彦召开新闻发布会，而美元兑日元汇价持续下挫。黑田东彦暗示央行不会很快进一步宽松。
他指出，日本经济继续维持温和复苏的趋势，近期通胀表现疲弱，必要时将毫不犹豫的从三个方面（数量、质量和利率）放宽政策，但还需要更多的时间来审视货币政策效果，这暗示日本央行在短期内并不会推出进一步刺激举措。
美元兑日元随即短线急挫40点，跌幅扩大至3%，触及一周新低108.18，而美元指数创下12个交易日新低93.73。
