欧洲央行利率决议引发市场波动
周四（4月21日）晚间欧洲央行公布了其4月份的利率决议，结果为保持不变。在随后的新闻发布会上，德拉基对欧洲的经济情况进行了总结，整体论调和3月份的变化不大。
对低利率的效果进行了肯定，同时称在接下来的数月内物价有可能重新进入通缩区间。因此市场相信欧元区的货币政策暂时将保持稳定，不会有太大的变化。
在德拉基讲话阶段，市场也给予了积极的反应，黄金、欧元均出现大幅度上涨，美元指数则出现大跌。其中黄金最曾触及1270美元，欧元/美元最高曾达1.1390，而美元指数也最高曾达94.6481。
但是在达到高位后，市场开始反转，其中一部分原因为获利平仓。截至写稿时间，各商品价格基本已经回到了德拉基新闻发布会前的水平。
值得一提的是白银在今日经历了剧烈的震荡，在德拉基讲话结束后出现暴跌，今日盘中最低价为16.722，最高为17.691，震幅约5%。
