加拿大按兵不动 加元/美元急涨
加拿大央行周三决定维持利率不变，称因市场波动减弱，非能源领域出口增强。央行将在3月22日政府预算案公布后评估政府刺激措施的影响。
加拿大央行称，尽管去年第四季加拿大经济增长好于预期，但近期经济前景仍与1月评估基本一致。
正如市场普遍预期，加拿大央行将指标利率维持在0.5%，自去年7月以来该利率一直保持不变。加拿大央行去年曾两次下调利率，以对抗油价下跌的影响。原油是加拿大的主要出口产品。
加拿大央行表示，尽管美国经济仍在扩张轨道上，最近金融市场动荡“看似正在逐步缓解”，但预计低油价将持续抑制加拿大及其它能源生产国的经济增长。尽管下档风险犹存，但央行仍预计全球成长将在2016/2017年增强。
该行注意到最近加元和油价上涨，两者均已经回到接近1月预估的平均水平。
加拿大央行称，加拿大通胀发展基本与预期一致；推动总体通胀升向2%的因素“可能在未来数月释放”。核心通胀在2%左右，受助于加元贬值的临时性影响；过剩产能将继续打压通胀。通胀状况面临的风险基本均衡。
加拿大央行利率决议公布之后，加元兑美元触及4个月高位1.3238，自1.3400上方迅速上涨逾160点。
