中国2月财新制造业PMI降至48.0
周一(3月1日)，财新和Markit联合公布的数据显示，中国2月财新制造业PMI 48.0，连续十二个月低于荣枯分界线，预期48.4，前值48.4。
此前，中国物流与采购联合会、国家统计局服务业调查中心联合公布了中国2月官方制造业PMI49.0，连续七个月低于荣枯分界线，创逾3年新低，预期49.4，前值49.4。中国2月官方非制造业PM52.7，前值53.5。
PMI即采购经理指数，是通过对采购经理的月度调查汇总出来的指数，反映了经济的变化趋势。PMI指数50为荣枯分水线，当PMI大于50时，说明经济在发展，当PMI小于50时，说明经济在衰退。
财新智库首席经济学家何帆表示，中国经济仍处于筑底当中，去产能过程刚刚开始。他认为，鉴于当前全球经济尚未企稳，中国经济正面临较大的下行压力。
何帆指出，中国政府应密切关注宏观经济走势，及时预调微调，避免经济发生硬着陆。同时，应进一步落实已经推出的改革措施，释放明确的改革信号，给市场以信心。
