周三(2月10日)欧市盘中，英国12月工业产出月率年率双双录得负值，且远逊于预期，英镑兑美元短暂下挫后急升近50点至1.45关口附近。
在数据公布前英镑已经大幅回落，提前消化了数据带来的利空，又因市场预计耶伦言论将鸽派，才会出现英镑急升的现象。
数据显示，英国12月工业产出月率下降1.1%，预期下降0.1%，前值修正为下降0.8%，初值下降0.7%；12月工业产出年率下降0.4%，预期上升1%，前值修正为上升0.7%，初值上升0.9%。英国12月制造业产出年率下降1.7%，月率下降0.2%。
英国国家统计局表示，英国12月产出月率下滑至-1.1%，为自2012年9月以来最大下跌幅度。英国第四季度工业产出主要是受到矿业和采石业的拖累，第四季度工业产出的下行修正对GDP增速的影响不足0.1%。
不过市场的重点在晚间的美联储主席耶伦的证词上，这将成为影响汇价走势的关键因素。市场预计耶伦或发表鸽派耶伦，这将压低3月加息的概率，并打压美元。
