12月18日讯，日本央行维持利率不变，维持购债规模不变，但表示将创立新计划以购买ETF，每年购买规模在原有基础上增加3000亿日元。消息一出，美元兑日元短线急涨80多点至123.57.目前汇价在123关口附近交投。
此外，日本央行决议后，日经指数短线暴涨逾500点，瞬间涨幅超2.6%。
日本央行称，维持货币政策不变，维持货币基础年增幅80万亿日元的计划。将创立新计划以购买ETF，每年购买规模在原有基础上增加3000亿日元。将扩大日本公债购买年限至7-12年，从明年开始。
日本央行对经济预估保持不变，ETF购买新计划将在明年4月开始。
日本央行表示，虽然出口呈现部分疲软，但依然处于复苏之中。
