美国商务部周三(11月25日)公布的数据显示，由于消费者增加储蓄，美国10月个人支出仅小幅增长，表明美国家庭对于消费持谨慎情绪，这可能会在年末假日购物季到来之际给经济构成拖累。
数据显示，美国10月个人支出月率增长0.1%，不及市场预期的增长0.3%，前值同样为增长0.1%。
美国10月个人收入加速增长，个人储蓄率升至近三年来最高水平。
美国10月个人收入月率增长0.4%，符合预期，前值由增长0.1%修正为增长0.2%。
当月个人储蓄率为5.6%，创下自2012年12月以来的最高水平；
个人储蓄总额为7,619亿美元，也创下自2012年12月以来的最高水平。
汽油价格大跌、工资上涨以及较以往更暖和的天气为消费者省下不少钱，预示消费者2016年即将到来之际仍将节省开支。
商务部周三公布的数据还显示，美联储青睐的通胀指标个人消费支出(PCE)物价指数年率升幅基本持稳。
美国10月PCE物价指数月率上升0.1%，预期为上升0.2%，前值为下降0.1%；10月PCE物价指数年率上升0.2%，预期为上升0.3%，前值为上升0.2%。
美国10月核心PCE物价指数月率持平，预期为上升0.1%，前值由上升0.1%修正为上升0.2%；10月核心PCE物价指数年率上升1.3%，预期为上升1.4%，前值为上升1.3%。
