英国非食品零售再次下降

英国零售商玛莎百货周三发布报告称，第三季度非食品销售量继续下滑，虽然公司方面称这是为了提高利润所作的调整，但依旧改变不了销售下降的事实。
有着131年历史的百货公司，其主要销售产品包括服装、鞋类和家用商品。第二季度财报显示，在今年，第13周至9月26日，其销量总计下滑1.9%。
相比分析师预期的下降2%情况要好，而第一季度销售额下滑了0.4%。
英国零售业正面临着史无前例的压力。随着全球经济环境的恶化以及美联储加息预期的不确定性影响。外部形势发展并不利于英国经济。而且，英国国内目前房地产泡沫的膨胀更是瓜分了英国国内资本以及侵蚀着英国内需。
以伦敦为代表的房地产价格自2013年期已经出现了翻倍的增长。这也带动了英国主要城市的房价上涨。随着房价上涨，国民消费结构被迫发生变化。食品类消费因为刚性需求没有受到太大影响。但非食品类消费均出现了不同程度的萎缩。生活成本的上涨导致英国国内消费出现结构变化。
