美联储货币政策委员会委员柯薛拉柯塔在周五重申，不支持美联储于年内加息。
柯薛拉柯塔称，在2015年维持利率不变也将可以刺激就业。如果美联储于年内加息，通胀达到2%的目标将延迟。美国可能还需要几年才能够达到2%的通胀目标。
他表示，不认为资产价格迅速下降，市场动荡没有改变其政策观点。
柯薛拉柯塔称，中国经济增长前景的不确定性在此前已引起市场波动，与此同时，加拿大经济不景气，则暂时不会严重影响美国。
