美联储重视的通胀指标7月降至1.2%，为逾四年最低。同时，上周五(8月28日)公布的数据显示，美国7月个人消费支出上升，显示美国经济的最大支柱第三季度开局良好。但作为美联储最为关注的通胀指标，美国7月核心消费支出(PCE)物价指数年率连续39个月低于2%的目标位。
