欧洲PMI显示经济增速仍放缓

欧元区制造业和服务业4月增速双双下滑，显示欧洲央行(ECB)的债券购买计划需要一段时间才能使经济稳定复苏。
制造业和服务业两个产业的总和采购经理指数(PMI)由3月的54下降至53.5。伦敦Markit首席经济学家Chris Williamson表示，“行业增长的放缓让我们感到意外。鉴于欧洲央行大规模的量化宽松政策，在今年年初理应有些经济复苏的迹象。尽管如此，现在就能否经济复苏和政策是否有效下结论还太早。”
尽管欧洲央行行长德拉基(Mario Draghi)已经指出1.1万亿欧元债券购买计划已经有一定成效，他同时也认为区域经济如果希望稳定复苏，政府方面必须做出改革。受疲软的国际市场需求影响，投资者已经开始对欧洲最大经济体德国经济的表现失去信心。
一项中国制造业的数据显示，4月份中国制造业产量已经降至12个月以来的最低水平。这表明政府试图经济软着陆以及使国有企业复苏的效果并不明显。第一季度的经济数据显示了自2009年以来最低的经济增长，促使决策者们上周末降低准备金比率1%以缓解增速放缓的趋势。
欧洲债券销量继续攀升，欧洲股市和美国股指期货市场受不如预期的PMI报告影响均有下滑。
德国10年期国债收益率在法兰克福降2个基点。欧洲斯托克600指数(Stoxx Europe 600)下降0.8%。而标普500(Standard & Poor’s 500)股指期货合约价格下降0.5%。
欧洲和亚洲经济的疲软使市场的注意力集中在美国的经济数据上面。美国将在周四(4月23日)公布初请失业金数据以及工业产值数据。
IHS Global Insight首席欧洲经济学家Howard Archer表示，“我们仍需观察4月制造业和服务业的增速放缓究竟是继连续4个月快速增长之后的修正，还是欧元区经济放缓的一个开始。这将可能是受希腊问题担忧加剧的不良影响。”
欧洲央行上周再次提高对希腊银行业紧急救援贷款(ELA)的上限，较前一周上升量翻了一番。希腊财政部长瓦鲁法基斯(Yanis Varoufakis)周四表示，周五在里加的欧洲财长会议可能还不能达成双边协议。而欧元区财政部官员们纷纷表示怀疑希腊渐进式经济改革能否解冻剩余救援贷款。
欧元区服务业PMI数据从3月的54.2降至53.7。而制造业PMI从52.2降至51.9。两个行业的数据均显示在德国和法国经济增速减慢，而其他欧元国家则显示了自2007年8月以来最强劲的增长。
欧洲央行3月公布的经济预期报告认为，欧元区经济增长将从今年的1.5%到2017年上升至2.1%。
