4月3日因西方耶稣受难日，美国NYMEX原油期货休市，隔夜伊朗核谈判达成协议，奥巴马称赞各方为此的努力，伊朗外长扎里夫则表示，这些措施中不包括关闭我们的任何设施，骄傲的伊朗人不会接受那样的条件。
据美国有线电视新闻网报道，当地时间4月2日晚，伊核问题各谈判方在瑞士洛桑举行的新闻发布会上宣布，伊朗核谈判达成了框架性协议。美国总统奥巴马随即在白宫新闻发布会上盛赞了各相关方的努力。
该协议要求伊朗限制其铀浓缩活动和相关储备，以换取欧盟解除对其实行的经济制裁。欧盟外交政策负责人莫盖里尼2日透露，伊朗同意把核原料放在一处核设施内，其他核设施则另作他用。
伊朗外长扎里夫则表示，这些措施中不包括关闭我们的任何设施，骄傲的伊朗人不会接受那样的条件。也就是说，该初步协议并不会彻底终结伊朗的铀浓缩活动。
不过扎里夫称，伊朗会遵守协议，把铀浓缩活动限制在一处设施内。
伊朗总统鲁哈尼当日在社交媒体上表态称，伊核问题焦点问题的框架性解决方案已经达成，文件起草工作将即时开始，并将在今年6月30日前完成。
