原油重续下跌路 欧佩克盼美国减产量

周一美国纽约原油期货价格创下了去年7月份以来下跌的新低42.85美元/桶，收盘下跌2.14%，报每桶43.88美元。2月份油价有所企稳，但3月油价重新回到了下跌中，主要由于美国原油库存大增。欧佩克(OPEC)周一发布月度市场报告，称今年底美国原油产量可能开始下降，将证明该组织决定维持产量水平不变以保住市场份额的决定是正确的。交易商仍重点关注美国产量增长数据，观察运营商是否如此前声明的那样推迟新油井的完工日期，从而对原油产量造成影响。
截至收盘，美国NYMEX 4月原油期货价格收盘下跌0.96美元，跌幅2.14%，报43.88美元/桶，创下自2009年3月份以来的最低收盘价。ICE布伦特原油期货价格收盘下跌1.23美元，跌幅2.25%，报53.44美元/桶。
上周美国纽约原油期货价格下跌9.6%，单在上周五就下跌了4.7%。纽约原油期货价格现已连续四个星期下跌，主要原因是库存水平创下历史新高。国际能源署(IEA)上周发布月度报告称，美国国内过剩的原油库存量增至创纪录的4.68亿桶，较五年平均水平高7200万桶，国际市场供过于求形势恶化。
欧佩克(OPEC)则在周一的月度市场报告中预测称，今年底美国原油产量可能开始下降，这将证明该组织决定维持产量水平不变以保住市场份额的决定是正确的。
欧佩克预期，今年全球石油需求将平均每天增长117万桶，至每天9237万桶，主要得益于近期油价的下跌支持了消费量的增长。本次预期与该组织在2月份时的预期基本相符。欧佩克基本维持2015年全球对该组织生产的原油的需求在每天大约2920万桶水平不变。
欧佩克在报告中表示：“虽然存在许多的挑战因素，但是预期中的全球经济环境的改善也将推动石油需求增长每天120万桶，高于去年每天100万桶的增幅。由于大部分的石油增量预计将来自新兴经济体，因此这些国家经济的任何积极变化都能够增加全球的石油需求。”
但现在交易商重点关注仍是美国产量增长数据。JBCEnergy分析师指出，未来几个月将具有决定性的作用，原因是数据将证明运营商是否如此前声明的那样推迟新油井的完工日期，从而对原油产量造成影响。
