美国生产者物价和消费者信心回落

华盛顿3月13日 – 美国2月生产者物价连续第四个月下滑，显示通胀温和，这对美国联邦储备委员会(FED/美联储)6月升息的预期可能不利。周五公布的另一项数据显示，3月初消费者信心回落，因严寒天气导致家庭的电费和气费增加，并使购物和总体商业活动受扰。上周五，虽然美国公布的两大经济数据均不及预期，但是却未能阻止美元指数冲破百位关键口并持稳百位上方，国际金价获得短暂支撑，最终小幅反弹至1550美元/盎司上方。
劳工部称，2月最终需求PPI下降0.5%，因服务业尤其是加油站的利润率下降，以及交通和仓储成本降低。
1月PPI降幅为0.8%。2月PPI同比下降0.6%，为2009年调整该数据以来首次下降。
“数据传递的潜在信息是，未来的通胀压力仍然很低，尽管能源价格已经企稳，且汽油价格小幅上涨，”道明证券驻纽约的副首席分析师Millan Mulraine表示。
分析师之前预计，上月PPI环比增长0.3%，同比持平。
另外， 密西根大学称，3月美国消费者信心指数初值降至91.2，接受路透调查的分析师预估中值为95.5，2月终值为95.4。但这主要归因于严寒天气，预计消费者信心可能反弹。
数据公布后，美国公债价格涨跌互现，美元指数上扬，美国股市下挫，标普500指数.SPX势将连跌第三周。
下周美联储将举行政策会议，市场广泛预期，联储将会弃用在升息问题上将“保持耐心”的措辞，以此来暗示对在6月升息持开放态度。
但由于物价压力仍然不大，且2月零售销售继续减少，部分分析师认为，美联储可能至少在9月前按兵不动。
“美联储在升息前可能需要看到核心和未来通胀有所反弹，以确保2%的通胀目标确实能够达到，”Mesirow Financial的首席分析师Diane Swonk表示。
在上月的PPI降幅中，服务业的占比为70%。波动性较大的贸易服务的价格降幅为创纪录的1.5%，1月为增长0.5%。贸易服务价格主要反映企业的利润率。
加油站的利润率骤降了13.4%，因近期汽油油价大跌。服装、鞋和珠宝以及食品和酒类零售商的利润率也回落。
机械、设备、配件和生产补给的批发利润率也下降，显示美元走强扶助限制通胀。
上月交通和仓储服务成本下降1.5%，这也拖累PPI的表现。
近几个月拖累生产者通胀的能源价格2月基本持平。
不包括食品、能源和贸易服务的PPI上月持平，1月为回落0.3%，这是衡量生产者潜在通胀压力的关键指标。
