欧央行长德拉基讲话黄金动荡下跌

欧洲央行(ECB)行长德拉基周四(3月5日)在利率决议之后的新闻发布会上宣布QE将于3月9日正式开始，每月规模为600亿欧元，持续到通胀回升至2%。德拉基同时宣布上调欧元区2015年经济预期和2016年通胀预期，并表示刺激措施已经开始提振经济。
对于之前一系列的宽松措施，德拉基表示，“央行的刺激政策已出现积极成效，欧元区借贷环境已经有所好转，消费者和企业信心好转，大规模购债措施将支持经济复苏。”
德拉基宣布，央行将2015年欧元区GDP增速由1%上调至1.5%，并将2016年GDP增速从1.5%上调至1.9%，还预计欧元区2017年GDP增速为2.1%。
德拉基称：“上调经济增长预估，是基于对油价、汇率和央行政策等指标的考量。”他对于欧元区经济表示乐观，表示“欧元区出口将会得益于全球经济复苏，低油价将支持家庭收入增长和企业利润增长，欧元区四季度经济增长将超出预期。”
不过，德拉基还是警告，结构性改革放缓将会阻碍经济增长，同时经济复苏可能受制于资产负债表规模，经济前景仍面临下行风险。
在被问及QE是否会延长时，德拉基表示欧洲央行没有理由改变每月600亿欧元的QE步伐，必要情况下QE可以超过2016年9月。
黄金价格再次经历震荡
德拉基的讲话分别从两个角度对金价带来影响，首先是欧洲央行上调通胀前景，令其保值能力得到市场追捧，但欧洲央行同时上调经济预期令黄金的避险需求受到压制，此消彼长之下金价震荡后回吐涨幅。而欧洲央行资产负债表与黄金价格在很大程度上呈正相关，但因为其目标规模以及每月额度未发生变化，故并未对金价带来较大利好。
德国商业银行分析师Daniel Briesemann表示：“欧洲央行对通胀以及经济增速的预期比我们更为乐观……欧元区的投资者已经明确了解货币贬值风险，并将黄金视为可选的保值品。”
Macquarie的分析师Matthew Turner指出：“从某种角度来说，黄金有可能不因升息而受到压制，但我们认为在这成为事实之前有许多人不会相信美联储真的开始升息。距美联储上次升息已暌违八年，而在过去几乎每年都有升息的预期。目前来看，非农是最需要关注的指标。”
