油价持稳 希腊情势抵销利比亚与库尔德供油忧虑

纽约/伦敦2月16日 – 油价周一几无变动，此前一度触及约两个月高位。希腊债务会谈破裂后美元上涨，抵销利比亚暴力活动加剧以及库尔德石油出口忧虑的影响。
美元指数逆转稍早跌势，周一中午时段走扬。此前希腊与欧元区财长会谈破裂，因希腊反对将纾困计划延长六个月的提议。
油价在清淡的交投中稍早曾升至2015年新高，受两大产油国的供应忧虑提振。
在前一天伊斯兰国公布一段疑似斩首21名埃及人的录影后，埃及周一轰炸利比亚境内的伊斯兰国目标，并再度呼吁以美国为首的联盟对抗当地武装份子。
而在伊拉克，一项旨在解决巴格达与库尔当局关于石油出口收入争议的协议，看来岌岌可危。库尔德总理Nechirvan Barzani警告巴格达勿破坏协议。12月达成的这项协议，允许通过库尔德地区每日出口约55万桶原油。
“地缘政治风险无法抹灭，”瑞士Petromatrix的分析师Olivier Jakob表示。
指标布兰特原油结算价小跌0.12美元，至每桶61.40美元，此前曾触及每桶62.57美元的日内高位，为12月22日以来新高。
布兰特原油已从一个月前的低位弹升近40%，受美国钻油作业锐减提振。由于供应过剩，原油价格从去年6月的每桶115美元一路崩跌。
3月美国原油期货持平于每桶52.78美元，因美国适逢总统日假期，交易量仅略高于10万口，约为平常的五分之一。也由于假日，周一的交投数字将于周二登录。
利比亚石油生产多数关闭，日产量从2011年卡扎菲(格达费)被赶下台前的160万桶，下滑至35万桶。
根据路透追踪的船运数据显示，2月的头两周，伊拉克南部的石油出口量也大跌至每日150万桶以下。
而现在，在周日与库尔德当局进行会谈后，北部的出口也成问题，即便双方重申遵守12月达成的临时协议。
科威特石油部长奥马尔(Ali al-Omair)表示，由于供应下滑，今年油价将持续上扬，近期石油的供应过剩的情况“当然低于”每日180万桶。
