房价飙升英镑强势反弹

周四(2月5日)英镑/美元大幅走高，延续强劲反弹势头。日内公布的英国1月房价意外飙升，单月涨幅创下2014年5月以来之最。虽然今天的表现表现靓丽，但是抵押贷款机构Halifax称，2015年的房价增速还将全面趋缓。
Halifax楼市分析师Martin Ellis称，这样的涨幅可能反映出最近抵押贷款利率下降、印花税调整，以及实质所得多年来首次提高，这将在未来数月为市场带来温和支撑。
考虑到当前的临时性因素，英国目前的抵押贷款审查更为严格，未来可能仍将限制房价的回升。
日内英国央行货币政策委员会如预期宣布维持利率在0.5%不变，并维持量化宽松规模在3750亿英镑不变。英国央行未发表政策声明，此次利率决议的会议纪要将在2月18日公布。
金融市场押注英国首次升息只会在2016年中期，而金融危机顶峰时央行将利率降至0.5%。不过，部分分析师暗示，这个预期向未来推得太远。
知名外汇网站Fxstreet分析师表示，由于整个市场本周一直缺乏推动，本周英国PMI数据的利好持续为英镑提供支撑，美国市场开盘前英镑/美元再度走高突破了1.5300关口，这使得英镑/美元有望摆脱1月份以来的低位整理并真正开启反弹势头。
