美联储会议声明无意外

周三(1月28)金价再度下跌，回到1290美元/盎司下方，美联储FOMC会议决议毫无意外，未能为黄金市场带来什么支撑。周四亚市开后，金价在1284美元/盎司附近波动。
本次美联储FOMC会议是今年第一次，美联储维如预期持利率不变。与此同时，联储对经济增速的评估更为乐观，对薪酬增速下降的担心加剧。
纵观此次美联储公布的1月FOMC声明，整体基调中性略微偏鹰，FOMC委员一致同意对加息应有 “耐心”。美联储认为，美国经济在持续稳步复苏，新增就业人数强劲，失业率下降，不过预计通胀在近期还会进一步降低。
近期市场投资者对美联储将在今年6月首次加息预期的怀疑日益增长，但美联储在今日的声明中没有对加息具体时间做出任何暗示。今日联储主席耶伦不召开新闻发布会，这或将加剧未来一段时间市场的波动性。
蒙特利尔银行资本市场(BMO Capital Markets)的贵金属交易主管Tai Wong表示：“‘相当一段时间’措辞虽然没有了，但另一方面提到了全球的状况，并且表示要有耐心，因此获得了平衡。”
Wong还称：“但是市场仍然在担忧，可能美联储确实希望正常化利率，因为风险资产在下跌，而美元很稳定。短期资金都在做多黄金和白银(17.90, -0.19, -1.05%)，因此两者价格有所波动。”
美联储的声明后，美元有小幅上涨。
另外法国统计局(Insee)周三公布数据显示，法国1月消费者综合信心指数90.0，创2012年6月以来的高位，1月消费者综合信心指数持稳，或表明该国消费者对未来经济改善的前景更有信心。
美国抵押贷款协会(MBA)周三公布数据显示，1月23日当周MBA抵押贷款申请指数回落，为近四周以来首次下滑。
新西兰联储公布利率决议，虽然维持3.50%官方现金利率不变，但在声明中舍弃了需要考虑加息这一点，美元因而走高。
在周二，路透的调查显示分析师们和交易员们认为今年金价将连续第三年下跌，因美国会升息。
Phillip Futures的投资分析师Howie Lee认为，短期内金价不太可能跌破1250美元/盎司的水平，因为春节前中国有很多买盘兴趣。
