油价周一再度大跌2%至53.61美元

北京12月30日电 北京时间今日凌晨消息，纽约原油期货价格周一下跌2%，至每桶53.61美元，盘中一度上涨近2%。分析师称，尽管利比亚的冲突升级，但投资者猜测这种冲突不足以减轻全球原油供应过剩的压力，这种压力是推动原油市场进入熊市的主要原因。
纽约原油期货和伦敦北海布伦特原油期货价格此前曾一度上涨，但随后均转为下跌。利比亚国家石油公司发言人Mohamed Elharari称，该国最大石油出口港Es Sider三个储油罐的大火已被扑灭。据彭博社编纂的数据显示，利比亚11月份的原油日产量为58万桶，相比之下2010年底时为159万桶左右。
而据美联社报道称，阿尔及利亚能源部长Youcef Yousfi呼吁，欧佩克(OPEC)应采取减产措施以提振油价，此前该组织在11月底召开的维也纳会议上决定维持产量目标不变。今年截至目前为止原油期货价格已大幅下跌46%，这将创下自2008年以来最大的年度跌幅，原因是欧佩克拒绝减产，此举旨在保护其市场份额，对美国页岩油行业的繁荣发展做出回应。
与此同时，市场正在等待美国能源部下属能源信息署(EIA)公布最新的原油库存报告。据12月24日公布的上一份报告显示，截至12月19日当周美国原油库存大幅增加730万桶，出乎分析师此前预料，导致油价大跌。能源信息和咨询公司普氏(Platts)调查显示，分析师平均预期该周美国原油库存减少180万桶。
芝加哥投资公司Price Futures Group的高级市场分析师菲尔-弗林(Phil Flynn)指出，来自利比亚的消息一度推动油价走高；如果是在一年前，这种消息会将油价推升3-4美元/桶，但今天市场处于供应过剩状态，因此难以守住利好消息所带来的涨势。
辉立期货(Phillip Futures)分析师Daniel Ang则指出，利比亚的冲突仍在继续，原油出口和生产仍不稳定，目前估计其原油产量为35.2万桶/日；过去一个星期时间里纽约原油期货和北海布伦特原油期货价格都受到了空头回补活动的支撑，但随着2015年即将到来，这些支撑正在逐步消失。他预计，纽约油价和北海布伦特原油期货价格都将继续窄幅波动，而本周末以前交易商可能会重新开始做空原油，从而推动油价进一步下跌。
