希腊大选第二轮结果仍无果

希腊公债收益率周二上涨，因希腊总理萨马拉斯(Antonis Samaras)未能在总统选举的第二轮投票中为他所提名的总统候选人争取到足够当选票数，希腊距离提前进行全国大选又更近了一步。
萨马拉斯为争取独立派议员的支持，提出如果他们支持总统候选人迪马斯(Stavros Dimas)，萨马拉斯愿意延揽这些独立派议员入阁，并在明年底时举行选举。但是这样的政治筹码只比第一回合投票为迪马斯多了八张支持票。
迪马斯是本次总统选举唯一候选人，而外界原本就不看好他可在第二轮投票中过关。他获得168张同意票，所需的得票门槛是200张。12月29日将进行第三轮投票，虽然当选门槛降至180张同意票，但就算如此，迪马斯可能也很难过关。根据希腊宪法，总统候选人如果在第一轮投票中不能获得全部300名议员中至少200名议员的支持，则将举行第二轮选举；第二轮选举中，如果候选人仍然得不到当选所需的200张赞成票，则将举行第三轮选举；第三轮选举中候选人得到180张选票即可当选。
希腊10年期公债收益率上升20个基点至8.54%，逆转昨日在萨马拉斯提出政治交换之后的跌势。三年期公债收益率上升69个基点至10.34%，显示即使是短天期也很难借到钱。
这样的收益率水平在金融市场筹资变得难以持续，使得希腊欲结束国际纾困的计划面临更加复杂的情况。
其他欧元区公债收益率在清淡市况中，表现为持平至小幅下滑。指标10年期德国公债收益率下跌一个基点至0.59%。
此前，欧元集团决定将希腊退出救助计划的期限延长2个月至2015年2月底，以便希腊政府能完成财政调整计划。分析人士警告称，如果希腊议会解散并提前进行大选，在野党Syriza的支持率目前领先于萨马拉斯的新民主党。Syriza一直呼吁减记欧洲央行和其它国际债权人所持有的希腊债务，若该党上台后寻求重新协商希腊救助协议，将带来希腊退出欧元区的重大风险，并导致金融市场大幅波动。
