海湾地区达成共识决定不减产

石油输出国组织(OPEC)的海湾地区产油国周四不会提议减产，降低了OPEC联合行动以支撑油价的可能性。自6月以来，油价也跌去三分之一。由于油价的涨落与金价息息相关并成正比关系，所以，我们预测金价也会随之受累下跌，各位投资者最近需要密切关注一下金价的变化。
“GCC已达成一致，”沙特阿拉伯石油部长欧那密表示，指的是海湾阿拉伯国家合作委员会(GCC)，包括沙特、科威特、卡塔尔和阿联酋。“我们坚信OPEC会取得统一的立场。”
海湾地区一产油国驻OPEC代表也表示，GCC已就不减产达成一致。三位OPEC代表分别对表示，他们相信OPEC不太可能在周四的会议上采取行动。之前俄罗斯称其不会协同减产。
鉴于美国页岩油兴起以及中国与欧洲经济成长放缓，导致油价跌破每桶78美元，这将是OPEC近年来最关键的一场会议。
单方面减产实际上意味着，OPEC将进一步把市场份额拱手让给美国页岩油业者。OPEC占全球石油产量三分之一。
如果OPEC周四决定不减产，持续目前的供应水准，那表示实际上将展开一场价格大战，由于沙特与其他波斯湾地区产油国外汇储备庞大，料能经受得住。而诸如委内瑞拉或伊朗等其他成员国，将远更难承受此般竞争。
1919 GMT，布兰特原油期货LCOc1下跌0.73美元，报每桶77.60美元。
欧那密周三稍早表示，预期油市“终究会自行回稳，”他在周二与非OPEC会员国俄罗斯进行会谈，对于联合因应全球石油供应过剩，并未达成任何承诺。[nL3S0TF5WR]
阿联酋站在欧那密一边，称油价将很快持稳，同时还对非OPEC国家加大施压。
“这不是一场需要恐慌的危机…以前(油价)也大跌过，”阿联酋石油部长Suhail bin Mohammed al-Mazroui表示。
