外媒报道，23日，希腊国会通过了第二批改革方案，以解冻庞大的国际纾困资金。
报道称，有超过200名议员力挺这项改革方案，使其获得绝对多数票通过。目前共计有300个议席的希腊国会仍在继续进行投票。
希腊2轮改革案包含民事司法改革、银行存款保护机制，以及强化银行流动性的各项措施等。
与此同时，在国会外，成千上万人抗议反对进一步实行财政紧缩。这次在雅典宪法广场由希腊公营机构工会召集的示威基本和平进行，但示威期间有人向警察投掷了汽油弹。
早些时候，希腊总理齐普拉斯敦促其极左翼联盟Syriza党党内人士支持债权人要求进行的改革。Syriza党的149名议员中有32名议员，包括前财政部长瓦鲁法克斯，上周都投票反对第一轮资金拯救措施。
与此同时，欧洲央行增加了对希腊央行的现金支持。9亿欧元资金被紧急注入希腊银行，这也是本周内第二笔紧急资金注入。
在希腊得到第三次国际资金拯救前，这些现金支持必不可少。但是第三次救助谈判要在希腊议会同意新的严厉改革后才能启动。
