据外媒报道，德国、法国、希腊等各方在布鲁塞尔召开迷你危机峰会，德国总理默克尔和法国总统奥朗德希望再次劝诫希腊总理齐普拉斯妥善处理希腊债务危机。希腊债务问题是否能妥善解决，再次成为各方关注的焦点。
德国总理默克尔当地时间10日晚间在布鲁塞尔和法国总统奥朗德一道会晤希腊总理齐普拉斯。德国政府的一名发言人确认了德法希三方召开”迷你峰会”的消息。欧盟外交界人士表示，从目前的情况来看，持续数月的希腊债务危机之争可能会有所转机。
官方说法是，当前的三方会晤主要目的是让默克尔、齐普拉斯和奥朗德就国际出资机构和希腊政府的谈判进展”交换意见”。到目前为止，欧盟委员会、欧洲央行和国际货币基金组织仍在和雅典政府进行谈判。
截止到今年6月底，希腊如果无法获得国际出资方高达72亿欧元的援助款项，就有可能陷入国家破产的窘境。出资方要求希腊必须为此制定一份有效力的改革计划。
外交人士透露，欧盟委员会主席容克也于10日再次与齐普拉斯会晤。双方会晤的基调是实现”和解”。之前几日，容克和齐普拉斯曾陷入激辨。
据称，雅典现在有可能会接受国际出资方提出的要求，把该国的公共财政基本盈余至少提高至国民生产总值的1%。
报道指出，欧盟和希腊之前曾产生极大分歧。希腊方面认为，布鲁塞尔到现在为止都没有就希腊本月9日递交的改革建议清单有所反映。而欧盟委员会则于10日午间表示，已经于日前向希腊政府转达了对相关改革措施清单的修改意见。
