东京汇市周四(5月28日)，日元兑美元跌至12年低点，在日本实施力度空前的货币刺激政策之际美联储则准备加息，进一步凸显出两国之间的政策差异。
日元兑美元盘中一度触及124.25 这一2002年12月以来最低水平。
亚洲外汇交易员称，亚洲杠杆投资者和宏观基金引领美元/日元买盘。在124.15水平触发止损买盘。
日元下跌与美联储主席耶伦的言论不无关联。耶伦上周表示若经济表现符合其预期，则今年料将加息。同时，希腊违约威胁也增强了美元避险需求。日本央行行长黑田东彦本周表示，为实现通胀目标必要时将调整货币政策。
“美联储马上就会加息，”野村控股亚太地区美元利率交易主管John Gorman称。“希腊方面一有麻烦，欧元就会下跌。作为避险资产的美元就有了突出表现。”
据一项摩根士丹利指数，在美国经济数据显露改善迹象之际，美联储将于12月采取行动。
“市场感觉美国数据将开始变强，”美国银行驻新加坡策略师Claudio Piron称。“这一趋势将为美元上涨提供支撑。”
