日本央行周一(4月13日)公布3月16-17日会议纪要，纪要基本上是老调重弹，且继3月会议维持每年扩大80万亿日元基础货币的刺激政策不变后，央行在4月初会议上再度维稳，但需要注意的是4月初会议上有委员提议缩减基础货币扩大规模，而市场对4月30日的半年度会议上央行扩大货币刺激的押注却愈加增大。
会议纪要显示，日本央行委员们一致认为日本经济仍将保持温和复苏趋势；并称长期来看整体通胀预期在上升；日本公债市场流动性不存在重大问题。许多委员认为，潜在通胀趋势将继续上升；日本在2015财年左右实现2%通胀目标的概率很大；将继续执行QQE直至稳步实现2%通胀目标；许多委员将检视风险，必要时将调整政策。
