从现货黄金4小时图看，K线继续位于均线系统下方，短期内均线系统的空头排列形态难以改变，K线受线性回归通道中轨和短周期均线（MA5和MA10）的共振反压，利于空头进场执行超短线操作，当前MA5所在价位是抑制K线反弹的关键，MACD双线中的白线（DIF）有下行倾向，或与黄线（DEA）相交夹角增大而构成死叉。而在夜间美联储利率决议结果公布前，空头下攻动能或受遏制，金价尚能维持疲弱整理。
从现货黄金1小时图看，前期K线在1150附近屡次获得支撑，出现数个反转低点，当前K线则在1150下方运行，在无进一步利好金价的消息面推动下，1150这一关键反压线冲破难度较大，均线系统中的短周期均线（MA5和MA10）在早前反弹过程中，受到中期均线组（MA20、MA30）打压，因此构成死叉并回落，KDJ指标冲高回落之后，在超卖区上方跌势暂时放缓。现时行情在亚盘开市不久就从1153高位附近回落之后，维持窄幅盘整走势，夜间操作可维持区间和破位思路相结合。

操作建议：
反弹至1162附近（上下1美元）做空，第一目标1158，第二目标1154，止损5美元。
回踩至1143附近（上下1美元）做多，第一目标1148，第二目标1152，止损3美元。
1152（上下1美元）做空，第一目标1149，第二目标1145，目标4美元。
上破1165追多，目标1170，止损3美元。
下破1140追空，第一目标1137，第二目标1132，止损3美元。
1147-1150多单进场，止盈目标1152,1155,1158，止损4美元。
1162-1165空单进场，止盈目标1158,1154,1151，止损3美元。
