黄金进口关税下降 现货黄金趁势上扬

回顾昨日行情，黄金现货总体走势均以震荡上扬为主，虽然在上涨途中偶尔会出现小幅度的回调，但是总体无碍上涨趋势，而昨日的美联储会议纪要当中，联储的态度也非常模糊，导致黄金价格再度出现上涨。
【基本面分析】
近期现货黄金行情总体以震荡为主，而在昨晚，黄金受到消息面方面的支持，再度上攻到近期高位1330之前，而印度方面对黄金的进口态度已经开始出现改变，这很可能成为黄金上涨的一大契机。根据外国媒体的最新消息，一位印度官员周三于公开场合当中表示，印度新政府可能在本周四提交的预算案中将黄金进口关税从10%下调至6%，刺激2014下半年黄金进口的增长。
全印度宝石和珠宝贸易联盟主管周三在接受采访时称，黄金进口关税下调至6%具有很大的实际效应，而且未来应当进一步下调。与此同时，他还表示，2014年印度下半年的黄金进口可能达到200公吨，较上半年的175公吨增长14%。去年由于印度经常帐赤字过度膨胀，导致卢比大幅贬值，印度政府曾分三次将黄金进口税上调至10%的历史高位。而印度央行也颁布了20:80黄金进口法则，要求进口商将20%的进口黄金用作加工再出口，这对于当时的黄金进口来讲，不亚于一场重大的利空。而若果印度在今天下调黄金的进口税率，在该利好的刺激之下，黄金很可能会突破前期高位1300点压力位置。
【技术分析】
由于昨日黄金收出一根拥有较长实体的中阳线，使得5日均线和10日均线两大短期均线得以修复，而均线再度呈现多头排列。而在持续的横盘震荡之后，黄金选择向上突破的可能性较大，而今天的最大压力位置则是月内高位1333位置，若黄金可以成功突破1333压力区域，则上行通道将会被正式打开。

本日压力位：1330 1333 1338
虽然昨日黄金震荡上扬后，顺利突破1320上方的压力区，并持续上行到1330下方，虽然短期内黄金选择上涨的可能性较大，但是投资者仍然不能掉以轻心，由于今晚美国方面将会公布上周的初请失业金数据，若该数据表现好于预期，则黄金很可能会再度回落到1320下方寻求支撑，因此，若黄金本日下破1326位置，则炒黄金的投资者可以适当布局空单，盈利目标1318，止损6美金。若黄金顺势突破1333压力位置，则可以在1334位置适当做多，由于不排除黄金会出现回踩确认，小赚即可。
