经济数据良好 现货黄金承压

【行情回顾】
周五晚间，由于美国房产数据表现优异，大大优于市场预期，导致现货黄金价格继续延续跌势，再度失守1300关口，虽然总体下行幅度不大，最终以小阴线收盘，由形态上讲，黄金近期将仍然维持震荡态势，由于1300关口已失，短期内黄金多头力量将显得较为弱势，建议投资者以逢高做空为主。
【基本面分析】
美国4月新屋开工攀升至2012年11月以来最高水平，且远超市场预期，表明该国建筑活动在受到年初恶劣天气的抑制之后，逐渐回归到正常轨道。美国商务部(DOC)周五(5月16日)公布的数据显示，美国4月新屋开工总数年化升至107.2万户，预期98.0万户，前值修正为94.7万户。数据还显示，美国4月新屋开工年化月率飙升13.2%，预期增长3.6%，前值修正为增长2.0%。
美国商务部今天还在另外一份报告中指出，美国4月营建许可同样攀升，且创下2008年6月以来新高。新屋开工和营建许可报告均表现靓丽，表明世界第一大经济体的建筑业活动料将在未来数月加速复苏。数据显示，美国4月营建许可年化总数升至108.0万户，预期101.0万户，前值修正为100.0万户。由于美国经济复苏持续好转，市场的风险意识再度受到提振，导致黄金价格再度承压。
【技术分析】
由黄金日K线图上看，黄金短期内的走势较弱，在失守1300关口之后，黄金市场情绪再度转向空头当中，布林线喇叭口尚未出现扩张迹象，而现货黄金仍然运行于三角形整理形态的末端，尚未正式作出方向性选择。而由技术指标上看，MACD仍然维持在多头弱势震荡当中，红柱量能较短，预示市场上多空双方的观望情绪仍较为浓厚。
