成屋销售数据强劲 黄金现货承压

【行情回顾】
亚市早盘，国际现货黄金小幅震荡走低至1295美元/盎司附近，由于隔夜美国经济数据向好，乌克兰局势暂且得到喘息，黄金空头借机打压价格，两大支撑点位——20日均线和1300美元整数关口目前已转为压力点位，日内密切关注1300关口及20日均线。
【基本面分析】
美国3月成屋签约销售攀升至2011年5月以来的最高水平，且录得9个月以来首次走高，表明该国的住宅房地产市场在进入春季销售季节之后开始企稳。而全国房地产经纪人协会周一(4月28日)公布的数据显示，美国3月NAR季调后成屋签约销售指数月率飙升3.4%，预期增长0.9%，前值修正为下跌0.5%，初值下跌0.8%。
由于房价的上涨，以及借贷成本的回升导致部分潜在买家望而却步，美国的房屋需求自去年年中以来，一直处于疲软的态势。一旦就业市场改善的迹象愈加明显，且居民获得贷款更加容易，越来越多的购房者将会签订房屋购买的合同。
数据显示，美国3月NAR季调后成屋签约销售年率下跌7.4%，前值修正为下跌10.0%，初值下跌10.2%；美国3月NAR季调后成屋签约销售指数升至97.4，前值修正为94.2，初值93.9。全国房地产经纪人协会还在今天的报告中指出，在所统计的4大地区中，其中3个地区的成屋签约销售较2月有所走高。
NAR首席经济学家在一份声明中称，在经历去年寒冷的冬季之后，越来越多的购房者开始签订购房合同。随着就业市场持续好转，更多的库存进入房地产市场，房地产行业的销售活动将稳步回升。
【技术分析】
日线图上来看，金价上一交易日收报一根阴线，回吐上周五涨幅。技术面来看，金价受支撑于1292一线，目前支撑上移至MA5与MA10粘合处1294一线。上方阻力位于MA30周期线1304一线。指标上来看MACD动能柱略有缩短， toch维持金叉向上运行状态，RSI于50%分位粘合，有向下发散迹象。短期均线系统下有支撑、上有阻力，我们大田贵金属预计非农数据前仍将维持震荡格局。
