行情回顾：欧洲时段，德国数据好于预期一度推动欧元上涨，美元走弱提振贵金属走强，银价上破22美元创2013年11月以来新高；然而欧元区通胀数据后欧元转为走弱，ICE美元指数反弹测试80.50，贵金属价格冲高回落，整体而言金价高位盘整，暂时未能突破上周高点。
【基本面】
欧元区1月调和CPI年率终值从0.7%小幅回升至0.8%，核心CPI年率则维持在0.8%，然而CPI和核心CPI月率却下降1.1%和1.7%，低于市场预期。通胀数据虽缺乏显著改善，但可能并没有明显刺激市场参与者对欧央行推出进一步刺激的预期。笔者认为，外汇市场运行高度有效，至少接近半强势有效市场，在这种情况下外汇价格走势本身会反应一切历史信息，若投资者认为欧元区通胀数据极为糟糕 (宽松预期快速升温) ，那么在数据公布的当刻欧元一定会迅速下挫，然而事实上欧元/美元在通胀数据后并未快速走弱反而维持在日内高点，直到欧洲午盘时汇价才回吐涨幅并转为下跌，所以价格走势本身或暗示欧央行宽松预期并未显著升温。欧元区将在本周五公布2月CPI初值，该报告将对欧央行是否在3月决议上推出新措施提供更多指引，除非数据显著低于预期，否则欧央行仍倾向于按兵不动，欧元的短期下行风险也会受到限制。
SPDR黄金ETF上周持仓量小幅下降2.94吨，但持仓量仍高于月初水平，截止至2月21号当月SPDR黄金ETF持仓量上升5.15吨。另一方面，黄金期货空头进一步下降，截止至2月18号CFTC数据显示，黄金非商业期货多头合约较上周增加4.9%，创2013年6月以来新高，与此同时空头合约较上周减少6.7%，净多头占未平仓合约比例改善至21.67%，脱离极端水平 (笔者将2003-2013净多头比例样本数据的均值与两倍标准偏差之差12.5%和第10百分位数17.86%作为极端水平的衡量指标) 。净头寸比例在长期中呈现均值回归的特征，不排除净头寸比例在未来数周进一步回升至长期 (2003-2013) 均值32.77%和中位数34.8%水平的可能性，这意味着金价或仍有上行空间。年初以来市场情绪支持贵金属展开对长期跌势 (2012年10月至今) 的中期修正，大田金业分析师对黄金上行的第一目标位是1360-1380区间。
【技术分析】
日图价格回落但企稳200日均线上方，日内再度上行指向上周高点1340，上破则有望进一步上行测试10月高点1360，更上方阻力关注2012年10月下行趋势线1380。
