行情回顾：欧洲时段，市场缺乏消息推动，受益于好于预期的美国零售销售和众议院通过新的预算协议提振，ICE美元指数小幅上涨0.2%并重回80整数字上方，贵金属交易低位整理，黄金反弹测试10日均线1235，铜价维持短期强势，日图价格站上3.30美元。
【基本面】
周四美国众议院投票通过新的预算协议，该协议旨在令美国政府避免在明年1月份再度关闭和放松未来两年政府支出限制，外媒预计上述协议将在参议院获得顺利通过。美国财政前景不确定性降低提振投资者信心，再加上周四晚间公布的美国零售销售好于预期，推动美元指数反弹并打压贵金属回落。黄金和白银日图价格虽重新回到10/20日均线下方，但依旧企稳于月初低点上方，只有有效下破才能打开确认打开进一步下行空间。此外ICE美元指数近两个交易日上涨更多的是对11月初以来下行趋势的技术性修正，尤其是在指数连续6天下挫并跌破50日均线后确实存在反弹修正的压力，ICE美元指数上行测试50日均线80.40，破败无疑重新转为走弱。
美国批发物价水平继续下滑，11月生产者物价指数月率下滑0.1%，PPI年率从0.3%回升至0.7%，低于市场预期0.8%，劳工部报告指出能源价格下跌是拖累数据走弱的主要原因，剔除食物和能源后核心PPI年率从1.4%下滑至1.3%。通胀疲软已经逐渐成为担忧因素，尽管三季度和四季度初多数产出数据均显著改善，然而下游需求却无法推动总体物价上升，美国10月CPI年率降至1.0%，PCE年率也降至0.7%，均创2009年10月以来最低水平，并且远低于央行长期目标2.0%，圣路易斯联储主席布拉德在周前讲话中指出通胀疲软值得担忧，通胀持续萎靡可能制约联储撤出宽松的意愿。市场焦点转向下周 (12月17-18号) 美联储年内最后一次利率决议，考虑到美国就业市场加速改善，不排除FOMC在12月份削减QE的可能性，但若同时考虑到通胀水平持续低靡，即使美联储采取行动，其削减规模也可能倾向温和。货币政策 (预期) 并没有对美元短期走势构成显著影响，继续关注该风险事件能否有效推动美元上涨。
【技术分析】
金价反弹测试10日均线，关注能否上破，上破则有望打开反弹空间，下方支持关注月初低点1210，下破则可能指向6月低点1180。
