【基本面】
周二，共和党众议员瑞安和民主党参议员默里宣布一项预算协议。
美国国会预算谈判的关键参与者周二表示，他们已经达成一项预算协议，将避免政府出现停摆，并为今后两年的国会财政决策带来少有的稳定。
这一协议将为2014、2015年设定预算水平，并取代今年早些时候启动的、针对军事和社会项目的一些自动减支措施，使得国会在明年1月份能更容易地避免出现政府关闭的情况。
众议院预算委员会主席、威斯康星州共和党人瑞安(Paul Ryan)在美东时间周二晚间称：我认为这一协议是朝着正确的方向迈出了一步。在一个有分歧的政府中，你无法总是得到自己希望得到的。话虽如此，我们仍旧朝着自身的目标向前迈进。
【技术分析】
昨日黄金呈上升破位走势。在亚盘开巿在1240美元，开市后轻微走低到1238美元后开始作向上反弹，而到欧盘开后维持在1242~1246美元之间作横行，其后作轻微上升走势，直到美盘开市后，受美汇走弱到80点子左右，加上欧元做好在1.38点子附近，创下连续等6个交易日上升，亦是6星期以来的高位，令金价在美盘时间突破了1251美元的近日上方阻力位后，一度向上走高到自11月20日以来的1268美元高位，其后在高位横行上落。而今天没有重要数据公布，而市场上投资者观望在本月17，18日所召开的美国今年度最后一次决议。
而今天建议区间在1245~1277美元附近。
