圣诞节将至 预期黄金行情波幅将较大

【基本面】
据彭博对32 位经济学家在11 月8 日调查得出的预期中值，美联储决策官员可能会在3 月18-19 日的会议把每个月购债金额从目前的850 亿美元减至700 亿美元。此前10 月17-18 日调查40 位经济学家的预期中值也同样预测明年3 月购债规模会降至700 亿美元。
苏格兰皇家银行(RBS) 汇市策略师Brian Daingerfield 表示：“ 汇市可能开始提前美联储缩减购债时间的预期，甚至可能重新预期联储将在12 月行动。我认为很大程度上取决于11 月的就业数据。”
Western Union Business Solutions 的高级市场分析师Joe Manimbo 表示：“ 消息凸显欧元区和美国的政策前景背道而驰，看起来，美联储正向缩减刺激规模稳步迈进。”
圣路易斯联储(St. Louis Fed) 主席布拉德(James Bullard) 周三表示，较好的非农数据将会增加美联储在下个月开始缩减购债规模的机率。布拉德是今年美联储公开市场委员会(FOMC) 的投票委员，并且是刺激政策的强力支持者，而他当天的言论却一改往日鸽派形象。
布拉德在接受彭博电台采访时表示，“这确定是’ 摆在桌面上’ 的事情，但是具体还要取决于数据。鉴于(10 月份) 非农数据较为强劲，我认为这增加了美联储在12 月份开始缩减购债规模的可能性。”
【行情分析】
金价于1250-1360横行多时，终于有所突破，昨晚美市开启，随着公布上月会议记录的时间逼近，金价逐步回调，击破11月13日的低位1261，随后，当记录真正公布后，发现官员的态度都比之前较鹰派，而且倾向尽快将QE退市而提议降低退市的门坎，虽然美联储主席和副主席之前都扬言以目前的经济情况是不会退市的，但金价仍受这个消息影响，击破横行区的底部，暂时最低见1240美元，未来就要看下星期五的就业数据才有更多的指示。今天预测近期波动会开始较大，因为临近圣诞节日，很多投资者及各大基金经理会开始平仓，获利吐现，所以近期开始上落较大市况，今天建议区间在1233~1266美元附近。
