美联储即将缩减购债规模 金价继续下滑

亚特兰大联储主席洛克哈特在接受彭博社采访时表示，12月份开始缩减量化宽松规模是有可能发生的事情。但是，洛克哈特并未特别强调美联储有可能会在12月份采取行动，而是指出，在未来所有将会召开的政策会议上，有关是否缩减量化宽松规模的讨论都会被摆在台面上。他表 示∶“就目前的环境来看，我认为不能排除在12月份会议上考虑(缩减资产购买规模)的可能性。”洛克哈特还表示，明年1月份的政策会议则“可能会变得更加复杂”，原因是这次会议将会受到财政政策相关担忧的影响；但他同时表示，也不能排除届时缩减量化宽松规模的可能性。
明尼阿波利斯联储主席柯薛拉柯塔周二表示，有关美联储缩减量化宽松(QE)政策时间的讨论“令人困惑”，美联储可能有必要进一步支持刺激政策，以实现其就业目标。柯薛拉柯塔再次呼吁美联储将失业率门坎从当前的6.5%调降至5.5%。这与柯薛拉柯塔在9-10月份讲话时候的立场大致相同。
欧盟各成员国预算部长于周二早间就2014年的欧盟预算达成一致，同意追加拨款解决移民和边境控制问题。根据协议，2014年欧盟预算支出将为 1355亿欧元，预算承诺为1426亿欧元。欧洲理事会称，总体而言2014年的支出水平比上一年下降9.4%。欧洲理事会和欧洲议会分别定于11月19 日和11月20日批准该预算协议。
欧央行执行理事会成员阿斯穆森周二表示，除了上周宣布的令人意外的降息举措外，欧洲央行可能还需要采取其他的大力措施为欧元区经济提供支持。不排除欧洲央行实施负存款利率政策的可能性。目前存款利率为0%。
英国国家统计局周二公布，英国10月份消费者价格指数(CPI)同比上升2.2%，升幅低于9月份的2.7%，CPI降至一年多来的最低水平，主要因商家的降价促销导致汽油和其他燃料价格下跌。飞机票价、二手机车价格以及大学学费下降也给通货膨胀率带来下行压力。
【行情分析】
昨日金价继续前几个交易日的跌势，跌至近一个月来最低水平，影响黄金市场的主要因素，仍然是对美联储会很快缩减债券规模的预期。11月13日周三早市金价以1265开，一度小幅上升至1270，但很快也回落至1266的水平。由于上周五公布的非农数据出乎意料地好于预期，金价至此己连续四个交易日下跌，市场普遍预期美联储很快将缩减每月850亿美元的购债规模，此外，美元指数连续上扬以及美国股市大胀都使得黄金的避险保值功能失去吸引力。但下方1250附近金价有强力支持，预计在下方会有强力反弹，所以金价今日预期会在1255-1280上落。
