美联储费舍尔发表讲话 伦敦金继续下探

上周五，美国10月ISM制造业PMI为56.4，好于预期55.0，创2011年4月以来最高，另外美联储布拉德表示就业市场表现是美联储是否削减QE考虑的最重要因素，同时亦表示随着就业市场逐步改善，缩减QE政策的可能性将会继续升高，提振了美元指数反弹至87.78，伦敦金/美元跌至日内低点1305美元。
北京时间11月4日上午消息 美联储一位高级官员在本周一对外表示，一个无效、易怒且在财政上不负责任的政府已经导致美国经济复苏放缓，还让美联储所推行的超级宽松货币政策对经济的刺激作用大打折扣。
达拉斯联储主席费舍尔(Richard Fisher)在出席澳大利亚商业经济学家(Australian Business Economists)论坛时表示：“尽管美联储全力推动美国经济增长，但美国联邦政府的行为却对我们的货币政策实施效果造成了影响。”
费舍尔表示：“与绝大多数经济复苏不同，美国政府正发挥着反周期、抑制经济复苏的作用。我们政府的无能已经对美联储顺周期的货币政策造成了负面影响。”
美联储每月都要购买850亿美元规模的资产，旨在压低长期借款成本以刺激经济增长和企业雇佣。美联储在上周表示，由于一系列经济数据相对疲软，央行决定继续维持其购债规模。
经济学家如今认为，美联储可能会等到2014年之后才会退出其资产购买计划，虽然经济增长的加速可能会使得美联储在今年12月17日至18日的会议上采取行动的可能性增加。
费舍尔反对美联储的债券购买项目，因为他认为，只要美国的立法者继续在有关预算方面存在纷争，且难以有效解决美国长期财政的不平衡性，美联储的政策在提振美国经济上所发挥的效果就不会太大。与此同时，费舍尔还警告称，过长时间维持过于宽松的货币政策可能会为美国未来经济播下通胀的种子。
【技术分析】
黄金亚市早盘回落，短期内下行动能有可能延续。尽管目前美联储仍在延续其宽松政策，但对黄金的长期投资需求仍然疲弱，显示市场对美联储退出QE的担忧。短期内黄金走势将主要受到美国经济数据的影响。日内关注美国8月和9月工厂订单。
日线图显示，KD向下运行，MACD看跌，OSC于零轴上方减弱。小时图显示，平均线向下运行，MACD利好交叉。表明金价存在技术修整的需求，但力度有限，建议逢高做空。
预计短期，伦敦金将测试1300美元关口支持，若有效跌破，则继续下探1280美元。
据巴克莱斯分析师称，从技术面来看，黄金仍有可能跌回1250/1270，之后才可能再次上涨。黄金现货价格目前报1315.20，阻力关注20日均线1316.75，支持则关注上周五低点1305.98。
