因债务问题仍未真正解决 金价受提振

众议院投票的几小时前，参议院以81票支持、18票反对投票通过了法案。法案将使政府在明年1月15日之前处于开门状态，并提到债务上限直至明年2月7日。美国总统奥巴马稍后将签署并成为法案。市场对此反应平淡，美元未能获提振。
花旗(Citigroup)分析师Todd Elmer在周四(10月17日)公布的一份研究报告中写道，尽管美国国会达成债务协议，但该国债务问题只是得到短期解决，风险货币后市涨势料有限。
报告指出，美国财政问题出现曙光后，汇市避险货币和风险货币兑美元的表现好坏不一，显示出市场仍未被说服，那些预计两党会圆满解决预算及债务上限问题并带来一大波行情的市场人士可能失望了。
Elmer表示， 短期来看，风险货币对非美避险货币可能还有上涨空间，做空欧元/纽元是其中的一个策略选择；但考虑到两党协议只是短期性的，市场担心问题只是延后而已，风险货币的上涨空间料有限。
他认为，近期美国政府关门事件一个更为长远的影响可能在于会给短期的经济数据增添一层不确定性，进而影响到对于美联储(FED)开始缩减购债时间点的预期。大多数美联储官员9月份曾经表示，该联储会在年内开始缩减当前每月850亿美元的国债购买计划。
报告并显示：”近期市场表现显示出不少参与者认为比较安全的做法是离场观望，所以在下一轮财政辩论来临之前，不清楚有什么因素能吸引他们返场，一旦短期恐慌消退，对风险货币的需求和美元供给从哪里来也就成了问题。”
【行情分析】
低价最低1251，但即日已经上去1270.由此看出，金价下跌仍是有很大阻力。现在金价1281。在两党达成协议在债务上限即将到达，美国债务违约可被避免的情况下，常识来看金价应该下跌，但现在金价却出乎意外的上涨，参议院的方案将推迟债务上限至明年2月7日，同时将政府重启至1月15日，进一步细想，是因为美国找不到解决债务的好方法，才会推迟，这个问题仍然未解决，投资者会忧虑美国债务问题，在未来几个月，如未有解决方案，金价仍会上升，不排除会上升至1420，这是向上的一个迹象。加上整体看本月缺乏经济数据，联储难以评估经济状况，今晚揭皮书报告可能会认为经济有缩减，退市机会再度降低。
