美国财政谈判陷僵局 国际黄金仍未受提振

【行情分析】
黄金昨日曾一度跌至1250附近，但因为隔夜美国财政谈判一度陷入僵局，众议院院长博纳周二提出了将推进自己解决政府债务上限危机的方案。但由于该方案将会影响到美国总统奥巴马标志性的医改法案，被白宫迅速拒绝，距离17日美国债务上限还不够2天，但美国2党依然纠缠不清，目前没有一个明确的进展，相对于上周末的乐观情绪，市场开始出现紧张气氛。所以令金价尾市曾升回最高1283。
自8月底以来，金价一路下跌，昨日更是创下3个月新低。即使美国政府关门、美债谈判一波三折，也没能抑制金价下跌。那么黄金投资者更担心什么，美国债务违约的可能性还是错失股市上涨良机？答案可能会给金价带来影响。
近来黄金市场显然更加担心错失股市上涨机遇。随着周二盘中股市从早盘的下跌中反弹，黄金期货也出现了近五个交易日来的第四次下跌。
苏格兰皇家银行(RBC) Capital Markets贵金属策略师George Gero目前主要关注如下几点：首先在两党谈判继续展开之际，机构也在继续抛售黄金，表明市场对于两党将在债务大限前达成协议将问题留到明年解决持乐观预期。同时贵金属交易员们已然在考虑美联储可能收缩债务购买计划并且短期利率将出现一定上升，他们也在担心在完成核谈后联合国可能会撤销对伊朗的制裁。此外，德国商业银行(Commerzbank)策略师指出，来自亚洲的利好金价的消息为金融市场所忽略。
另外国际评级机构惠誉周二发出警告，由于美国政府因为债务上限问题争执不下，该机构有可能下调美国AAA的主权评级，惠誉已经将美国AAA的评级列入负面观察名单中，惠誉将在2014年第一季末是否继续将置于负面观察名单中，所以因为债务上限很快到死线，再加上美国评级被列入负面名单中，所以预计今天黄金会比较波动。
【技术分析】
昨天日K线图黄金收长下影中阳线，盘中有效跌破1261下行到1250附近遇到支撑回调继续震荡，日线指标拐头向上，目前看正在5日均线(1278美元)附近正在下移，28日均线与55日均线死叉开口扩大迹象，趋势依然偏空，有效击穿10月11日低点1261.3低点支撑后加速下行到1252附近反弹震荡整理，4小时昨晚K形态形成看涨吞没形态。一举反弹到1288附近回调整理。
4小时周期市场超跌还有反弹修正的动力，目前遇到支撑反弹到1282附近整理。上方阻力首先关注10月11日4小时28均线1283附近。强阻力将在1291附近。下方支撑周五低点位1261附近，强支撑在1250附近。美国驴象两党依然未能就提高债务上限问题达成一致 ，暂时支撑着黄金价格。一旦停止停摆，将利好美元而打压黄金价格，逢高做空依然是最好的选择。
