奥巴马拒绝共和党提案 黄金价将跌破1200

【基本面】
美国政府停摆已经两周，奥巴马谈到需要获得新的国家收入，以长期减少国家预算赤字美国众议院共和党向白宫提供了一项新方案，内容包括避免债务违约和结束政府停摆，也包括一直得到奥巴马支持的福利削减。
据外媒报道，美国白宫周六(10月12日)拒绝了共和党提出的有关结束政府停摆和提高债务上限的提案。这令市场对于美国两党是否能在截止日前(10月17日)达成协议的担忧升温。
随着美国政府停摆进入第14天，而且距离美国财政部耗尽用来支付政府账单的日子(10月17日)不到一周，奥巴马一直在敦促共和党结束财政僵局。
众议院监督委员会主席伊萨(Darrell Issa)称，”我们将竭尽所能来证明我们参与谈判了，而奥巴马却没有接受提案。”
美国财长雅各布卢(Jack Lew)周四警告国会称，史无前例的债务违约将造成不可避免的伤害，即使共和党人正在寻求达成一项短期上调债务上限的方案。
【行情分析】
彭博社报导，纽约商品交易所（Comex）12月交割期金价格报每盎司1274.60美元，盘中上涨0.9%至每盎司1279.30美元。即期金价盘中一度上涨0.5%至1279.05美元。现货银价盘中一度上扬0.8%至每盎司21.4995美元。纽约期金价格11日触及1259.60美元，为7月10日以来最低。
1300美元/盎司是重要的心理关口，对投资者心理形成较大影响。此前，这是一个重要的支撑和阻力点位。现在跌破后，下一步金价将可能继续下破1200美元。而一直以来，投资界认为1200美元是金价走势一个最为关键的点位。
根据美联储公布的9月会议纪要，大多数联储官员都表示希望在今年之内开始放缓量化宽松政策。“但仅仅是放缓，也就是说退出量化宽松政策是肯定的。至于是今年底退、明年退还是什么时间，难以确定。从这个角度看，金价很难再现几年前的辉煌。
建议投资者多看少动，激进投资者可踏准市场节拍，适当高抛低吸，而稳健投资者应多看少动，或者继续以逢反弹沽空为基调。从日图来看，金价8月底以来呈有节奏的震荡下跌，上方下降趋势线压制也完好，至少我们可以肯定守在该趋势线下方，则行情还是由空方占据主导。分析师指出，后市我们关注1270美元的关键支撑，黄金要继续下跌必须跌破这一支撑位。
