美国债务谈判僵持 金价近期反弹未令市场信服

国际货币基金组织 (IMF) 周二将今年全球经济增速预期下调0.3个百分点至2.9%，将明年的增速预期下调0.2个百分点至3.6%。这是IMF连续第 六次下调经济预期。IMF称，美联储退出宽松货币政策以及中国经济增速放缓是可能主导全球经济短期运行趋势的两个因素。IMF将2014年中国经济增速预 期下调至7.3%。
全球发达经济体8月份通货膨胀率普遍下降，如果这一局面持续下去，各国央行会更安心地将货币刺激政策保持更长一段时间。经济合作与发展组织(OECD)周二发布的数据显示，34个成员国8月份CPI同比上升1.7%，7月份CPI升幅为2.0%。
日本财务大臣麻生太郎周二表示，必须考虑美国债务上限僵局迟迟不能打破引发美国国债价格下跌的风险。麻生太郎称，任何拥有大量美国国债的国家都必须考虑这 一后果。他重申，预计债务上限问题将在10月17日之前得到解决，但像日本和中国这些拥有大量美国国债资产的国家都面临类似风险。
国际金融研究所的一份报告称，未来几个季度针对新兴市场的投资很可能逐步增加。该机构称，由于美联储在上个月会议上出人意料地维持刺激政策不变，国际资本应该会从本季度开始重返新兴市场，只是步伐比之前的预期慢一些。
世界黄金协会周二称，印度10-12月份的黄金需求或在250-300吨之间，去年同期为260吨。预计在9月底至11月中的节日期间，印度的黄金需求将上升，因为印度民众认为在节日购买黄金会很吉利。
【行情分析】
亚市早盘小幅下跌。尽管美国国会就债务谈判僵持，或将面临债务上限危机，但作为避险商品的黄金似乎并没有发挥作用。昨日金价小幅收跌，近期反弹也未能令人信服。
分析师表示，面对美国债务问题的不确定性，金价上涨幅度有限，似乎使得那些避险需求者的愿望破灭，市场对于美国不会债务违约仍充满信心。
本周将重点关注周四公布的美国9月会议纪要，寻求更多美联储未来关于QE政策以及黄金交易方向的线索。
