【基本面】
受投资人期待美国国会将在来周针对预算达成协议的影响，美国10年公债殖利率10月4日反弹。
共和党众议员目前分为两派，其中一派坚持反对总统欧巴马(Barack Obama)力荐的2010年版健保法案，另一派则倾向支持民主党参议员拟订的预算案，这个版本并未对结束政府关门附加任何条件。
美国财政部长Jack Lew在10月1日重申，举债规模仍会在10月17日触及16.7兆美元的举债上限，不会因为政府关门而有更动。他当时警告，假使10月17日再无法取得足够现款，那么美国恐怕会陷入史上第一次的违约窘境。
根据日本财务省7日公布的统计数据显示，截至2013年9月底为止日本外汇存底金额达1兆2,734亿4,600万美元，较前(8)月底增加了192亿4,200万美元，连续第3个月呈现增加。
美元兑多种主要货币打破连日来低迷走势，小幅止血。嘉实XQ全球赢家系统报价显示，美元兑瑞郎4日上扬0.95%至0.9076，主因瑞士金融监管机构调查当地多家银行涉及操纵外汇汇率，导致瑞郎走低。美元兑瑞郎甫于3日创19个月新低。
【技术分析】
伦敦金价格在上周黄金市场整体表现反复，在消息面的引导下，黄金上演过山车走势，周二因美政府关闭金价重挫至1277美元，随后多个交易日因投资者对美债务上限担忧市场情绪逐步回暖加之非农数据的延迟，令金价重新站稳1300关口，最终收报于1310美元/盎司，周线报下影较长中阴线。
日线技术形态自周初跌破MA60均线1340位后便显现空头占优格局，加之短期MA5-10相较下穿MA60形成的死叉开口，带动了金价进一步走低，但值得注意的是在金价快速回踩1277当周低点后形成的多方反击势能不可小觑，目前技术走势表现迷离，虽然空头占据优势，但附图MACD自1433高位形成的死叉运行至此渐行衰减，加之本周的美国消息令市场变数增加，若美政府开门重新运作，届时恐将增加市场流动性，金价有望抬头企稳。
本周建议短期可围绕1325-1300区间进行高估低渣，一旦突破该区间则采取破位追单跟进。
