受美联储会议纪要影响 黄金价短期受压

金价昨天较为平淡， 因为市场投资者等待美联储会议记录公布，交易谨慎。金价徘徊1358-1378区间上落。
纪要显示，美联储理事广泛支持伯南克在经济状况改善的前提下从今年晚些时候开始缩减“量化宽松”规模的计划，并认为在7月份会议上宣布缩减QE时机尚不成熟。
纪要称，有些美联储理事表示，美联储可能需要在不久以后就开始缩减“量化宽松”计划。“(美国联邦公开市场委员会)的几乎所有委员都一致认为，现在就对资产购买计划作出改变可能还不合适”；有些理事表示：“在不久以后，从某种程度上放缓资产购买计划的步伐的时机可能就会到来。”
纪要显示：“有些理事强调指出保持耐心的重要性，他们认为在决定对资产购买计划的规模作出任何改变以前，需要对有关经济的额外信息进行评估。几乎所有议会者都确认，他们广泛支持(联邦公开市场委员会)从今年晚些时候开始放缓债券购买规模的计划。”
伯南克与其他美联储理事之间有关将从何时开始缩减“量化宽松”规模的争论已经导致全球金融市场陷入混乱状况，从雅加达到孟买再到纽约市场都受到了影响。有些美联储理事曾在此前表示，尽管“量化宽松”计划起到了压低失业率的作用，但同时也在垃圾债券和杠杆贷款等资产类别中激发了过度的冒险活动。
美债和美元上升，金价受压。短期受退巿消息影响，黄金价较疲软，不过实物需求方面带给金价支持。
长期以言，美国官员没有确实退巿时间表 ，显示美国经济还不稳定，值得留意的是下个月十七和十八号的美联储议息会议，九月美国总统亦会公布美联储主席后选人，还有美国债务上限，对日后金价走势有一定影响。
