乌俄决定停火 金银小幅反弹
纽约商品交易所黄金期货市场10月黄金期价9月3日收于每盎司1270美元，比前一交易日上升了3.5美元，涨幅为0.28%。白银期货上涨0.1%，报每盎司19.2美元。
乌俄达成停火协议：乌克兰总统波罗申科周三发布声明称，他已经与俄罗斯总统普京，达成在顿巴斯地区永久停火的协议，据俄罗斯媒体报道称，普京随后证实，波罗申科已经同意了停火计划的大纲，预计双方可能会在本周五的明斯克谈判中，达成最终的停火协议。由于乌俄两国的地缘政治危机，将随着停火协议达成的框架而得到初步的缓解，料停火协议将使市场避险情绪降温，导致金价的上行受到限制。
欧央行将采取刺激性措施：欧央行官员利卡宁发表讲话称，欧央行准备进一步采取刺激性的措施，不会让物价稳定遭到破坏，虽然物价稳定没有遇到危险，但是欧央行没有为非常规工具设限。由于自今年7月以来，欧元区经济一直处于表现低迷的局面，欧元的货币流动已进入了滞涨时期，所以在本日即将开始的8月欧央行议息会议中，欧央行极有可能推出更为宽松的货币政策，短期来看将对欧元利空，从而使金价承压下行。
