现货黄金乖离率是指现货黄金价格偏离均线的幅度，在计算公式里面就是现在的价格减去均线数值，然后再除以均线数值，最后得出的一个百分数。
现货黄金乖离率指标是什么？
技术分析中的乖离率指标为趋势反转，尤其为暴跌之后何时抢反弹指明了方向。乖离率（BIAS）是测量现货黄金价格偏离均线程度的指标，当现货黄金价格偏离市场平均成本太多时，就会向平均成本回归。历史表明，每当金价出现严重暴跌时，现货黄金价格若离平均线太远，随时可能发生反弹或反转，此时只有乖离率这一指标表现为最敏感、最准确和最实用。
以相对于最常用的5日均线的偏离度，5日乖离率（5BIAS）来说，
其公式为：
5BIAS=（当日收盘价-5日均线价）／5日均线价×100
现货黄金乖离率如何运用？
1、 现货黄金价格上涨时，
当现货黄金价格经历此前较大涨幅且正处于上涨趋势时，花费的时间却较短，也就是短期暴涨的模式了，那么此时5日乖离率超过了百分之五以上，尤其是出现了连续的大阳线拉升的走势，投资者就要高度警惕了，出阳线可以暂时不获利出逃，等价格出现回落或上涨速度放缓时，就必须出货。
2、 现货黄金价格下跌时，
当现货黄金价格经历此前较大跌幅且正处于下跌趋势时，下跌时间也很长了，乖离率也超过了百分之七以上，那么当价格下跌至无法再创新低时，就要做好狙击的准备了，当出现了第一根中阳线时且金价连续上涨时，就可以买入，此时的均线形态也呈现明显的空头排列，那么说明了行情已经超卖了，另外均线和均线之间的距离也要拉的尽可能的大，越大越好，这样趁低吸纳的获利价格才更高。
