经济学家认为：中国债务危机不容小视

中国民生证券首席经济学家认为，中国经济要告别旧常态步入新常态，今明两年是最艰难、最关键的爬坡过坎期，其中巨额债务危机不容小视。中国必须依靠改革突破制约经济发展的瓶颈，估计要到2016年才能完成跨越。
近日，他在接受路透专访时称，中国短期虽面临经济下行压力较大，但国内生产总值（GDP）增幅料不会跌破7%，今年经济运行会呈低开中稳后起态势，而房地产市场会出现分化加剧，但不会崩盘。
“中国正处在旧常态在结束，新常态刚开启的过程中，依靠高投入，高消耗，高污染，高债务换取高增长的旧模式已不可持续，天花板触手可及，这就是眼下中国的现实。”
