乌克兰加息防止本币外流

乌克兰央行周一(4月14日)宣布大幅加息300个基点，将基准利率水准由原先的6.5%一次性调整至9.5%，以稳定该国国内金融市场环境，阻止资金进一步外逃和本国货币继续贬值。这也是该国央行近八个月来首度调整利率。由于乌克兰事件持续恶化，现货黄金价格得以持续攀升。
乌克兰央行在声明中称，当前已有非常的必要来采取措施持稳该国货币格里夫纳的汇率，同时遏制住通胀继续抬头的势头，从而使该国此前深处风雨飘摇之中的货币市场暂时稳定下来。
英国外交大臣黑格表示，过去48小时乌克兰发生的事件显然是乌克兰危机的进一步升级，形势非常危险，因为这显然可能引发双方都采取进一步的措施。他还表示，毫无疑问这是俄罗斯策划并发动的，原因是参与暴乱的部队武器齐全、训练有素、装备精良。
